All of our team invest the time into identifying client’s objectives and constructing an estate plan with scheduled actions, to achieve the desired short, medium and long term estate goals, especially in relation to maximising revenue generation and future investment requirements.
Powells work with a number of landowning clients & rural property managers, from country estate owners and estate managers, to farming businesses and land/property investors. We often work alongside hands on estate owners or resident land agents as part of the management team providing strategic advice on investment, management and development matters.
Our rural professional team often advise on issues that require a greater knowledge and experience of the wider property, or market environment, such as with compiling comparable evidence for property lettings, rent reviews and utility compensation claims. Our planning & development team also widely assist with providing technical planning and development services, promotion of development sites/land as part of a wider estate strategic plan, RICS compliant valuations and any sales/disposals of estate assets.
We can also offer a full management service for those clients who are not resident which includes rent collection, insurance and maintenance management through to regular liaison with tenants and contractors.
